When registering your jilligg account, you must provide your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You must also create a unique username and a strong password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
jilligg reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.
All financial transactions on jilligg are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jilligg accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers from BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.
Deposits are credited to your jilligg account balance upon confirmation of receipt. GCash and PayMaya deposits are typically instant. Bank transfer processing times may vary depending on the sending institution.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. jilligg reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are subject to a minimum amount of ₱200. jilligg aims to process verified withdrawal requests within one (1) business day; GCash withdrawals typically clear within minutes of processing.
jilligg does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The name on your jilligg account must match the name on your payment method. Any funds deposited from an unverified or mismatched payment source may be held pending investigation.
Note: Cryptocurrency of any kind is not an accepted payment method on jilligg. Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
jilligg offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates.
Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless explicitly stated otherwise. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution percentages are detailed on each promotion page.
jilligg reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion — will have their bonuses forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.
Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. Real Money Balance is used before Bonus Balance in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified.

Upon account closure for cause, jilligg reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining Real Money Balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Players may voluntarily close their jilligg account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of any pending verification requirements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jilligg platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jilligg platform without prior written consent from jilligg.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilligg shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the jilligg platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
jilligg's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their jilligg account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jilligg does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jilligg shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical malfunctions, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond jilligg's reasonable control.
jilligg collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The collection and use of your personal information is governed by jilligg's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.
By registering an account on jilligg, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jilligg will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with unauthorized third parties.
jilligg reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jilligg will provide registered players with at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email or platform notification before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the jilligg platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the jilligg platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
