jilligg is an online gaming platform operated under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the regulatory body responsible for overseeing online gaming operations in the Philippines. jilligg provides online casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, and related entertainment services to eligible players in the Philippines.

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), jilligg acts as the Personal Information Controller (PIC) with respect to the personal data of its registered players and website visitors. 05 Legal Basis for Processing

• Account and identity data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and AMLA obligations.
• Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with AMLA and BIR requirements.
• KYC verification documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure or the date of the last transaction, whichever is later.
• Customer support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes.
• Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your consent and for one (1) year following withdrawal of consent, as evidence of compliance.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, jilligg will securely delete or anonymize your personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.

09 Data Security

jilligg implements a comprehensive set of technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and jilligg's servers.

11 Children's Privacy

The jilligg platform is strictly intended for individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming. jilligg does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

If jilligg becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, it will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account. If you believe that a minor has registered an account on jilligg, please contact our support team immediately so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.

jilligg employs mandatory age verification procedures during the account registration process and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.

12 Cross-Border Data Transfers

jilligg primarily stores and processes your personal data within the Philippines. In limited circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or processed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, cloud infrastructure providers or KYC technology vendors operating internationally.

14 Changes to This Privacy Policy

jilligg reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal obligations, or platform features. Where changes are material, jilligg will notify registered players via email or platform notification at least seven (7) days before the updated Policy takes effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent version was published.
